Are You My Person? – Policies & Terms

Terms of Acceptance:

To attend one of our in-person singles events, one must be a US resident at least 25 years old and posess the legal capacity to sign or otherwise commit to a contract. You must also be legally single and available, and agree to our terms and conditions. For purposes herein, we define legally single as one who is either single never married, widowed, divorced or legally separated.

Upon registering for a specific Speed Dating event hosted by Are You My Person? (hereafter referred to as AYMP), you agree that you are not younger or older than the age range specified for the event for which you have registered. You understand and agree that under no circumstance will AYMP, the venue where the event takes place, and employers or officers of AYMP or the venue, be held responsible or liable to you directly or indirectly for any personal damages, including without limitation, any expressed or implied losses or damages arising from your participation in AYMP’s Speed Dating event. Such waiver of liability includes, but is not limited to, any and all interaction or other association with any other participants from our events. Further, AYMP makes no guarantee, either expressed or implied, of any kind, regarding the participants of the event and the results to be expected at the event. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our own discretion.

Cancellation Policy:

All AYMP Speed Dating events are based upon the number of participants. Therefore, if you need to cancel and we are able to find a replacement for your reserved spot, you will be issued a credit towards a future event. Cancellations must be made by phone (203-988-7864) or email: info@areyoumyperson.com. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy:

Our policy is not to share or sell any of our participants’ information to a third party for any purpose, except as instructed during the Speed Dating event you attend…and only to your mutual matches.
